RETURN POLICY — Developmental District

We want you to love your purchase from Developmental District. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return guidelines below.


30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • unused
  • in original packaging
  • free from damage or wear
  • including all parts and accessories

Because our product is used for baby feeding, we cannot accept returns of used items for safety reasons.


Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened pouches
  • Used puree station components
  • Any item showing signs of wear, use, or washing
  • Freebies or promotional items
  • Digital downloads (meal prep guide, checklists, etc.)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days with photos/video and your order number.

We will replace the item at no cost to you.

 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged/defective).
  • Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not begun processing.

Pre-Order Items

If you are purchasing during our pre-order period:

  • You may cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations will follow our standard return policy.
